Return & Refund Policy

At Lucky Theory, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before initiating a return request.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

✅ All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

✅ Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

✅ Product must be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, damage, or alterations.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Accessories
  • Jewelry
  • Sunglasses
  • Hats & Caps
  • Scarves
  • Swimwear
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance, sale, or final-sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Product photographs
  • Packaging photographs

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at hello@luckytheory.com
  2. Mention your order number.
  3. Provide the reason for return.
  4. Attach supporting photographs if required.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Wrong item shipped
  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defect

Lucky Theory will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues (subject to availability)
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect products received

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If the requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered.


Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refund approval will be communicated via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund Timelines

  • UPI & Wallet Payments: 3–7 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • Net Banking: 5–10 business days

Actual timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Store Credit Option

In certain cases, customers may choose store credit instead of a monetary refund.

Store credits:

  • Can be used on future purchases
  • Have no additional processing fees
  • May be valid for a specified period

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and the order will fall under the Return Policy.


Return Rejection Conditions

Returns may be declined if:

  • Product is used or damaged.
  • Tags have been removed.
  • Return window has expired.
  • Product is missing original packaging.
  • Product falls under non-returnable categories.

If a return is rejected, the product will be shipped back to the customer.
